We’ve been buying these tubs for the last two or so years - they’re great. We’re just regular people and use it mainly to help increase our water intake throughout the day, as we often mix a scoop into 1L of water. We’ll also have some post workout. Grape and Apple are our favourite flavours!
I was waking up with a migraine most mornings, but after adding xtend blue raspberry ice to my water, i am now drinking more as it tastes good, and i now wake up feeling hydrated and much better.
