Shipping policy
All orders are packed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse.
New Zealand delivery

Signature required: add signature on delivery for an extra $1.00 at checkout.
Estimated delivery times once your order has been dispatched:
- Auckland: usually overnight
- Rest of the North Island: 1–2 business days
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- Rural addresses: allow an extra 1–2 business days
Bulky or heavy items (such as fitness equipment) may be sent by freight and can take 1–2 weeks. Any freight charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
International delivery
International orders are charged a flat rate of $33.00 NZD. Delivery to Australia usually takes 3–8 business days; other destinations may take longer. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. During sales, new weekly deal drops and public holidays, please allow an extra 2–3 business days for dispatch.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Things to know
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't change the shipping method or address once an order has been dispatched.
- Once a courier confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel passes to you. We recommend choosing a safe delivery location, or adding signature on delivery.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, keep all of the packaging and contact us within 7 days. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and sort it out for you.
