These terms apply when you use this website or buy from WheyDeals. WheyDeals is a trading name of NZ Muscle Ltd, a New Zealand company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Products

We work hard to make sure product details, images and nutritional information are accurate. Manufacturers may change formulas, flavours or packaging without notice, so always check the label on the product you receive. Product images are for illustration only.

2. Health information

The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Always read the label and use products as directed. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with a health professional before use.

3. Prices and deals

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Weekly deals and clearance prices are available only while stocks last or until the stated end date.
Prices and promotions can change at any time without notice. Changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods. We may cancel or limit orders, for example if stock runs out, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including buy now, pay later providers. Those providers' own terms also apply.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns and your consumer rights

Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

7. Reviews

Product ratings shown on this website include reviews left by NZ Muscle (nzmuscle.co.nz) customers for the same products.

8. Website use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to NZ Muscle Ltd or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with how it works.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
