I have been using this consistently for the past 3 weeks - the powder mixes well and is tasteless as advertised.
I've been having it with my oxyshred and I feel like I've been getting great results. My training has been great and it feels like I've been progressing a lot faster than I have in the past. My hair has been 'molting' a less. I haven't really noticed a difference with my joints or nails, but they haven't been a problem in the past anyway. I don't weigh myself so I'm not sure how that side of things is going.
So I recommend this product and I'm very likely to purchase it again :)
