This is the best pre-workout RTD I've ever had. All the flavours are amazing and easy to down, might be a little on the sweet side for a few, but it gets the job done, and kicks in with 15-30min (my personal exp). It's pure energy without the added calories, bitter taste, racing heart, tingly sensation or the energy crash. A must try.
