I purchased these when they first came out and they were a lot more pleasant to eat these ones are not as good the texture the coating on the outside isn’t what I was expecting
So good!!!! Delicious and not a chore to take like the powder that I always talked myself out of taking. These are like a wee treat for my exercise. We will definitely be purchasing more.

Missed the fact that these have been stopped in production after having significantly lower creatine than advertised. See NZ muscle have now added this in the main description but feel it’s a little disingenuous to keep selling without saying that they’ve been shown to have 1-2% of the creatine than they advertise - not just a little less.
Easy purchase and easy to take - pop 3 in every morning before workout and you're good to go. I know they work as had a recent blood test and it came up with elevated levels of creatine.
Flavours are pretty good as well - very palatable.
