Another BCAA source, this one with the added electrolytes which are specially good in the summer when we tend to sweat a lot more.
To be honest it's not my first choice but price ain't bad, tastes good and not too shabby if you ask me.
I'm now a regular user of this as I get headaches from coffee. This gives me my caffeine hit without the headaches, plus the amino acids and electrolytes. I'm hooked!

I mean the science of it all I have no idea about but it packs a hell of a punch and tastes great. I can feel myself pushing harder.

The previous Amino Energy (without electrolytes) was delicious in Watermelon goodness and also a great pre workout. Tried the new Electrolyte version - still bearable but the flavour is a little artificial.
