These seriously exceeded my expectations. I used these for waffles and they turned out AMAZING! The texture was perfect, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The flavour was way better than other "protein pancakes' on the market. No artificial taste either. What impressed me the most is that they taste like a proper treat while still being high in protein, so it feels like you’re eating something indulgent but it still fits into your macros. These were so easy to make which is a huge bonus!
Definitely a new staple for me. If you’re on the fence about trying it, do it!

Bought for my daughter who is on the autism spectrum and it fills her up at night. She loves them and has requested them every night so far, I better stock up!
The batter tastes exactly like vanilla soft-serve, but unfortunately it loses its flavor once cooked. The texture is okay for a protein pancake though, so 4 stars. Actually edible and reasonably nice.
These are such a winner in our house. Sundays are always Pancake Sundays - after a morning walk and we LOVE these protein pancakes. DEEELISH!
