I love this bag it’s best purchase I’ve made very affordable and exactly what I need for the Qld heat in Australia it keeps my food cold all day plus I can pack my essentials incl my laptop in it also thanks NZ Muscle!
Had a bit of a muck up with the wrong bag being sent, it was bought as an bday pressie, but it was dealt with super efficiently so I had the right bag to give to my friend for her bday and she was sooo stoaked!

My nz muscle meal bag has been the best, super handy for my day to day. Holds my laptop and all my meal container, with room to spear. Honestly 10/10

Iv'e recommended it to so many people.
I've had the bag for just under a month and I love the size of it and the compartments are very useful but the stitching is already to start coming loose which is a real shame as I do love the bag but don't know how much longer it will last

So many compliments on my new bag, not only does it look great and awesome quality but it’s so functional too! Perfect to take to work for the day as a PT, fits my laptop in, training clothes, and prepped meals into the insulated part. The Side outer pocket to keep smaller items in is handy too like keys, lip balm etc. Only thing I would have loved would have been a small zip pocket inside the bag to keep items in like rings etc. love it!!

Fantastic!! I bought a different meal bag / back pack for $130 that only holds 3 meals and the containers are quite small, but this one is so much better and for much less $$. I like how each end has a strap to secure shakers or other similar sized drinks. I have managed to stuff 3 days worth of food in it for a work trip out of town, it is the perfect size for carry-on! I'm on a specific plan with a nutritionist, so it was important I could bring my meals - I wouldn't have been able to without this bag - it is a life saver!
This bag is AH-MAZING!! It’s so handy! It has a big insulated pocket for keeping your lunch or meals cold and popping my smoothie into. The main pocket inside is nice a roomy, fits a water bottle, shaker, gym towel etc easily and has another side pocket inside for phone and keys etc. I LOVE THIS BAG!!
