Directions:

The official Recommended Daily Allowance of protein is 48 grams per day for most women and 65 grams for most men (more if you are over 70 years). However, recent studies show that the optimal protein level for humans is one gram for every kilo of body weight – more if you are in active sports.

The only protein powder I will use and have been buying for over 7 years. Vanilla works well in smoothies, oats, muffins etc. Not too sweet, not grainy, just yum.

Nuzest Protein is great

I prefer this brand as I am lactose intolerant, and found it hard to find a protein powder I don't react to. Tastes great with water and don't notice it too much added to food

I bought strawberry, doesn't quite taste like strawberry. Foams up alot. I assume it gets the job done. Too soon to say.

Price hikes

This is a really good pea protein, have been using it for years. Problem is, the price keeps getting hiked up, which is really disappointing.

I love this protein as it mixes extremely well without grittiness. Tastes great also, especially the strawberry. I mix it with berries or a kiwi fruit and its delicious!! I’ve tried many plant based proteins but always return to this one.

Absolutely love nuzest protein, one of the few I can mix with just water and still enjoy.

I brought the coffee flavour and enjoy it. It's nice and light and sometimes I add a bit of real coffee to it, or sometimes a touch of chocolate powder. No tummy issues (which I usually get with other protein powders) and tastes nice.
