These bars are surprisingly tasty - they don't tasty chalky, processed, chemical or plastic. They taste quite natural. Also, the pineapple flavour is a SLEEPER, my god. It's so much tastier than I expected a pineapple protein bar to taste. The other flavours are solid - the raspberry white chocolate is a little bit sickly-sweet, but everything else is pretty bang-on. HOWEVER, they are spectacularly, hilariously, awkwardly chewy and hard. Like, lockjaw-territory chewy. They take a while. I'm pretty sure these bars were formulated so you could get a jaw workout while you were getting your protein in. It's not Push, Pull, Legs anymore, it's Push, Pull, Jaw, Legs. You now do a four-day split. [anyway, overall, like a 7/10]
Great alternative to supermarket muesli bars
Highly recommend the mixed box, I switch between these and the Nothing Naughty plant based bars (plant based when breastfeeding). I find that I only need half a bar at a time as they are a bit like eating a chocolate bar. Pineapple is my favourite flavour.
They are so yummy and full you up pretty well, good on the go snack. We love the Pinapple & Rasberry bars the most. Always needing to stock up on them, definalty recommend on trying!
