I find this a really good protein powder to use for gaining muscle

Love this product for taste, mixability (is that a word?) and results. I like the different stage release protein - provides a nice base throughout the day and it's helped me with adding muscle compared to when I didn't use it.
Also, NZMuscle are super fast on deliveries - even to lil' ol' Te Awamutu! :)
Have tried a few other brands of pre-work out and find this to be the best so have been using it for about a year now. Although it taste super sugary Its not as sickly sweet as some other options out there. When taken at the right time (Half an hour before workouts) It really transforms what you are able to achieve in the gym. Great focus and energy.
