Macro Mike Plant Protein

I hate protein powders and have tried quite a few over the years, but my sister got me into this and it’s the best one I’ve tried. It’s expensive, so I personally don’t use it everyday, just when I need some extra protein to hit my macro targets. It’s smooth, mixes well with water or into oats (my favourite way of having it) and tastes pretty good. Just beware the artificial sweetens can cause a laxative effect, so don’t stack protein powder days with protein bars or other low carb/ no sugar products!

Got the chocolate peanut butter cup flavour to try the brand. Quite like it and don't find it gritty. So good mixed with some greek yoghurt.

This tastes great and feels smooth even just as the powder shaken with water. You'd better like peanuts though because that's all this tastes of to me. Maybe with a flight of flavours to compare I'd pick some differences between them, but if you don't go for peanut you won't want this.

The peanut flavour in this protein is extremely overpowering—so much so that I can't detect any Himalayan Salted Vanilla, and the Caramel Cinnamon Bun notes are barely noticeable. Unfortunately, every time I drink it, I end up feeling nauseous. I used to really enjoy peanut butter, but this product has completely put me off; even the smell now turns my stomach. I purchased 2kg and opened both bags, so returning them wasn’t an option—I ended up giving them away. If you're considering trying these flavours, I strongly suggest starting with a sample pack or smaller size first.

Really love the taste. Its great in water, milk or almond milk. I haven't seen any other vegan proteins that have all the amino acids listed like this. I'll be back for more

Meant to be vanilla, but mostly just tastes like peanut. Not horrible if you enjoy the taste of peanuts.

I love that everything Macro Mike is plant based. Tastes as delicious as it claims to taste so that’s a plus. But I could NOT get the lumps out! Lucky it’s tasty because that’s usually game over for me with protein shakes. But in this case I will persevere.

I’m normally a huge whey protein person, but am trying to fix my gut health have had to go to plant protein, I’ve tried a lot so far and this is definitely worth a buy, I’m keen to try all their flavour now.

I was very surprised when I tasted this protein, you would not believe it is 'plant' as it doesn't have the normal plant type taste. This is tasty and delicious - like pudding!! Will definitely buy this brand again.

Ordered the peanut butter cookie dough flavour. This is the first flavour I've tried and have found it is fantastic! Looking forward to finishing this pack and trying another :-)

I've tried a fair few plant proteins and this is by far the best. Not gritty and tastes amazing.

Love this protein, such a good flavour. Great in oats, and in smoothies. Don’t need to add other ingredients to make it taste great.

Should have read the packet online before purchasing as it is made with peanuts, very peanutty flavour and not much else

Best tasting vegan protein I’ve tasted! (have tried most flavours through the sample pack). My favourites are Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup and Cookie Dough. It doesn’t give me digestion issues like whey protein. I took it everyday during the last F45 8 week challenge and it helped me gain 700g of lean muscle

Great tasting powder,never come across anything like this,the only minor complaint is probably it can be a little gritty after shaking. But overall would definitely buy again!

Some of the best tasting plant based protein powders I’ve had. They mix well, don’t go all “clumpy”, taste like the flavour advertised and work well with alternative milks. Will choose these over and over again.

Been using this for sometime. Excellent low carb option for us oldies. Not full of sugar like other products marketed for nutritional supplementation.
