Perfect

So far so good! I think I could've done with just the 10kg option as the vest itself is quite bulky but still comfy to wear. Currently walking with 8kg and doing ok but will be harder with heavier weights as it's all on your shoulders - there's no way to distribute the weight on your hips like a tramping pack would (tightening the one and only strap just makes it hard to breathe)

Windowshopped it for ages. Finally bought it and I'm stoked with it. Wore it all day at work (did 18k odd steps, nursery work lots of bending, squatting and lifting heavy loads) and it's very comfortable, it sits nice and high on the chest, leaving the abdomen clear for easy bending and squatting and the straps sit comfortably on my shoulders with only a slight rub on the lats. I'm 65kg and lean af so can't really speak for the larger guys but a work colleague at 85 odd kg 6'1 tried it and found it comfortable too. (guestimates* if you see this and I'm wrong - soz bro) but yup worth the money, it looks mean too btw. Cheers nzmuscle, solid product.

Bought it for squats, aaah. . not for squats. helps with cardio when walking around, also helps me know when to engage core & glute muscles too. feels uncomfortable on my shoulders, still can work with that. Product quality good. Delz, swtaz. .

Sits well and is comfortable to wear. As a smaller female I was worried it would be cumbersome, but the short middle sections means it isnt too long, and only goes down to the waist so doesnt restrict movement. Highly recommend

Such an an amazing workout vest :muscle: Would definitely purchase again for family and friends. Have used it on a weekly basis and have already felt the benefits of using this vest. Great for all-over strengthening and conditioning :+1:

The vest is super comfy, synchs down easily with the double Velcro when you are doing a lot of jumping or running. I went for a 10kg which for me is plenty Cheers N

Initially bought the 20kg vest and soon after purchased the 10kg vest - for those times when my partner wants to use a vest at the same time and also just to make it a bit easier to go between weights depending on the exercise at hand.
Interestingly, it turns out the 10kg vest is more compact in size! So they are distinctly different.
I've used both for jogging on the curved treadmill and in the real world (up to 10kg load) and both are great.
If you're only going to own one - go with the 20kg vest, because you can remove the weight.

Its great!!! I originally thought that I couldn’t adjust the weight, but when it came, I could take out the sand bag from the vest so I ended up using it for strength exercises as well. Thanks :)

I've been using this vest for just over a month and it's a game changer. Fits perfectly, weight is distributed well to help balance and velcro holds tightly. Adjusting the weight can get a little tricky because the pockets are narrow, especially when the iron sand starts to separate inside the bags. . . but it's better to have a snug fit than having the weights move around inside the vest.
