The California Gold flavour is quite pleasant - a bit of a tropical-and-mango taste. There's a decent punch of beta alanine so you definitely feel the tingly-tingles, and there's a decent pump for the first 20 mins or so of your workout. I haven't had any side effects from this [being as it's non-stim], so while it's a bit pricy, I'll probably buy it again over a Ghost product, surprisingly [Ghost is my go-to for most supplements, but they're expensive as heck].
