i bought these 75% off and was super excited. they taste amazing, and they dont give me gas like other bars can. however i noticed they spike my blood sugar, checked the ingredients and noticed the matitol, which is nown to sipke blood sugar level. it is not considered a low carb sweetner because of this. so these are great, but they are not necessarily low carb or keto safe. im a diabetic so if your a diabetic i would nopt reccomend this product. delicious bars, but argh stop using matitol to sweeten!!!! lol

Got the caramel flavour as it had slightly higher protein, yummy. It is definitely more of a small, light, sweet treat and a protein boost.

These are great. Bought on sale. Good amount of protein and fibre for low cals. Light and easy to eat compared to some protein bsrs.

So glad these are back in stock - was terrified for a while there! Such a great go-to for a mid-morning snack, love that the crunch and that they're not as heavy as other protein bars. Great calories too!

Yummy bars, have tried all flavors and all are good! Got these while on a 'special' and it worked out @ $2. 99 a bar, wish they were this price all the time, would buy more regular as usually around $5. 00 each. A good protein intake and low carbs, no foul after taste, like some protein bars :)
