Loving the variety of exercises and resistance I can use. Great for use indoors when weather good and outdoors when it is bad.
I really like them and I’m using everyday if nz muscle can provide one exercises video would be appreciated

I’ve been using these as substitutes for gym equipment and I love them! They attach to the door easily and you can use several at a time for extra resistance.
Grabbed these in a massive sale and glad I did. Decent quality and great for me to use for warmup and activation exercises. Useful selection of attachments, I went and bought a set of 10 extra carabiners ($8 from Bunnings) so I had one on each end of every band, makes swapping between bands and handles much quicker.
