These are nice and refreshing to drink, cant say ive noticed any changes in energy levels or anything else to be quite frank at this stage, however i have only been taking for 2 weeks, but other than it been a nice drink icant comment on any of its supposed benefits yet.

I really enjoy drinking this green tea. I actually drink 1 litre of water a day now which used to be a struggle for me. I feel hydrated and good. Flavours are really nice.

Stop drinking coffee and switched to these, I noticed my energy levels are a lot more stable and can feel the energy that the green tea gives me. Also eliminated the afternoon sweet cravings as I wasn’t having an energy crash from coffee.

I got the apple berry flavour. Took a bit of getting used to flavour but I mix it with warm water. Cant say i notice any difference as yet

I love x50, proper can’t go a day without it. It’s such a better alternative to crappy energy drinks and I love that you can use it with any juice or water which is a much healthier alternative :purple_heart: X50 has been apart of my supplemented diet for years now and will be for years to come x

I swear my this stuff

I have been using Green Tea x-50 for over a year now and I love it. I have this every morning mixed with collagen and good green vitality as my mourning routine. I quit drinking coffee (except as a treat on weekends but not because of lack of energy, just because I love the taste). With X-50 I don’t get a jittery caffeine buzz, but I just feel more alert and awake. It gives me a more natural energy that doesn’t make me crash afterwards. I always get the 90 packet variety pack as it’s more value for money but my favourite flavour is mango :)
