This product unfortunately doesnt do anything for me. My friend told me it works really well for her and gives her extra energy to grt through her workout. She did say that her powder is all the same consistency. Mine has small white chunks in it and I'm not sure if that has made a difference. Its the second Oxyshred Ive bought that has the small chunks in it. I'll be sticking with my usual Optimum Nutrition pre-workout from now on.

Have tried all the pre workouts. This is the superior - I’m incredibly tolerant of these things so don’t find any others that have any impact. It’s easy to shake up and dissolve and definitely feel the difference when using it. I don’t usually like the taste of fruit drinks but this is really easy to knock back. Great for my workout, boosts energy

I always repurchase Oxyshred when I run out! It’s a great kickstarter to my day and gives me the energy I need. I’m not entirely convinced by the “thermogenic fat burner” aspect of it, but it certainly ramps up my motivation for the gym. My favourite flavour so far is Gummy Snake!
