What's in it?

As usual this contains the King of Collagen - NOWAY Collagen. These bars sit a bit lower on the protein side than our Jelly bars do but still deliver 14g of collagen protein per serve. They are gluten free, nut free, casein free, sorbitol free, soy free and free from artificial colours, flavours or sweetners.

The Bodybalance Collagen used in these bars has actual research showing benefits for promoting muscle strength, lean body mass and muscle mass when combined with an adequate diet and exercise regime. Are you one of the few still convinced that whey protein might be a better option post-workout? Noway Bar Banana Caramel Pie

I was so excited to try this bar. I've been in search of a protein bar that was made from more natural ingredients, with high protein and low carbs and fat, this one ticked all the boxes. I wasn't prepared for the look of this bar! I'm totally addicted to Musashi Protein bars, yummy deliciousness all covered in chocolate, but sadly there's an ingredient in them that triggers my migraines. So I've been on the search for another sweet treat that fits in with my macros. I'm not sure why, having read the ingredients, I was so freaked out by the appearance but I guess I should have expected a gelatinous looking bar. Once I got past that, the taste was actually ok. It did leave a bit of an aftertaste which I'm not wild about but I can get used to it. Honestly, I do miss that chocolate covered protein hit but if I'm that desperate I'll just have normal chocolate bar ;-) This bar gives a good healthy hit of protein in a slightly unusual form :-)
