I’m a complete novice when it comes to pre-workout. I thought I’d pick this up and give it a shot, not to expensive, good reviews, bonus shaker (at time of purchase), all the good things.

It felt like my blood was replaced with pure electricity. I worked out for far longer than I’d worked out previously. The frozen berry was great. Sweet, but not in a ‘you’ve tasked your 8 year old self to mix their own Raro’ kinda sweet.
A fantastic way to start on those cold winter mornings when you’re too cozy for gym time.

Been using this for a couple of weeks now, I actually wake up less sore and eager for another workout (I'm actually 50 and should be slowing down. . . ).
