Hello good day, i only bothered the metal the hold the strap, it make my wrist sore because of the metal .

Excellent grip

These have given me surety of grip when lifting heavier weights- especially in summer. Highly recommend

Good value for money

So far I'm happy with these, given they are less expensive than other brands. My last set had rubber palm sections and lasted many years, but I'd expect these suede type NZ muscle ones to give me a year or so.
