Sizing guideline;
Use a tape measure around your abdomen in a relaxed position. Measure your waist between your ribs and hips alinging the tape accross your belly button.
Do not use your pant size for the weightlifting belts as this is worn in a different position accross the mid section.

Small - 88cm suit approx waist size 26-30
Medium - 96cm suit approx waist size 30-34
Large - 105cm suit approx waist size 34-38
XL - 112cm suit waist size above 38
