This product does exactly what it states , take it as instructed . I find for me personally this product drops my weight combined with sensible eating and exercise and proper fluid intake

Best wake up tingles you can get
I tried this twice and obviously I’m sensitive to something in this product. Both times after about 90 minutes I felt very nauseous and vomited. I’m sure it’s a great product but not for me.
