I have used this for a long time now. Love the taste, best of all pre workouts I have used. Over the skull shaker. Not very feminine. A NZ muscle shaker would be much better!!

This pre workout is one of the best. Take it like a shot and only a mouthful of water for a quick workout. Mix it with water in a bottle for a longer workout. Peach rings is delicious
Great pre-workout powder I have been taking daily for a number of years. I train around 4 am every day of the week and this stuff really helps. It gives me energy and strength to run and lift weights. I tried training without it and the difference was huge.

The blue raspberry is damn tasty and gives a solid energy boost for lifting. Dear god, the shaker though. Makes me feel like an edgy 12 year old
