Each 55g serve delivers 30.5g of protein, 8.7g of dietary fibre and 10g of bovine collagen peptides, alongside MCT oil powder and a full spread of vitamins and minerals - with just 2g of carbohydrate and 0.3g of sugar.

Directions
Mix 2 heaped scoops (55g) with 350ml of water or your preferred milk. Shake or blend until smooth. Use once or twice daily to replace a meal, as part of a balanced diet.
